Steve calls San Antonio home and considers himself a “serial entrepreneur”, having owned and managed a variety of businesses including transportation, online commerce and service related companies. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa and a dedicated Iowa Hawkeyes football fan. With degrees in accounting and law, he’s licensed to practice in Illinois, and worked for KMPG in Houston specializing in tax issues. Steve uses his past and current experience to help business owners understand and appreciate the true value of their business. He assists our clients in the planning and execution of business acquisition and exit strategies.
